Raasvilla 2026 — Rules & Regulations

Forms will be accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The management reserves the sole right to accept or reject any form without assigning any reason.
Entry to the Raasvilla ground shall be permitted only through the QR Code generated in the Sportsvilla App.
This pass shall be valid for 10 days only, as per the Raasvilla 2026 event schedule.
The management reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, government regulations, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
This pass shall be considered void if altered, tampered with, duplicated, transferred, or misused in any manner.
The member/pass holder shall be solely responsible for their own safety, belongings, injuries, or any unforeseen incident occurring during their visit to the venue.
The management, organizers, venue, and associated personnel shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, or unforeseen incident occurring on the ground, except where required by applicable law.
Entry with alcohol, weapons, or any prohibited/unauthorized items is strictly forbidden. The management reserves the right to deny entry or take appropriate action against anyone found violating this rule.
Any form of misbehaviour, misconduct, violence, harassment, nuisance, or violation of the event rules on the ground will automatically result in termination of membership/pass privileges. No refund shall be issued in such cases.
Children born between 11th October 2014 and 10th October 2021 will be considered Kids and will be eligible for entry at the applicable Kids Pass price, subject to mandatory registration and submission of valid, verified age proof.
Children born on or after 11th October 2021 will be considered Toddlers and will be eligible for free entry, subject to mandatory registration and submission of valid, verified age proof.
Persons born before 11th October 2014 will be charged at the applicable Couple Pass price.
Registration, submission of all required details, and completion of the payment procedure must be completed before the current phase closes. In case the registration or payment is not completed before the phase changes, the applicant will automatically be charged according to the next applicable phase price.
Any misbehaviour with the crowd, management, staff, or fellow attendees, or entry without a valid Couple Pass, will attract two warnings; a third violation will result in cancellation of the Season Pass without refund
The management reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any rules and regulations from time to time. All decisions taken by the management in this regard shall be final and binding.
